Our second ever flavour, the hazelnut bar is a return to childhood for many European kids who grew up with Nutella. Celine grew up eating Nutella tartines before school and her favourite chocolate growing up was milk chocolate with hazelnuts. So a hazelnut chocolate with a healthy twist was high on the list of flavours to make!
The creamy combination of chocolate and hazelnut is one difficult to resist. For this particular bar we added some hazelnuts in the stone grinder of our 75% dark chocolate for that extra creamy nuttiness, making the chocolate silkier, smoother and a little sweeter. Added to that is a hazelnut brittle with a pinch of salt for that fully round flavour. A divine bar that pleases both kids and adults.
