Chewy Kashmiri Chilli Chocolate Banana Oat Cookies

Comforting and moreish, these cookies consist of only 5 ingredients, are completely plant based and are so easy to make. They are chewy, naturally sweetened by the bananas, and with a subtle hint of chilli from the Kashmiri chocolate chunks (you can also use any other flavour from the Conspiracy Chocolate range).

Ingredients (makes 6 large cookies or 12 small)

2 cups rolled oats

2 ripe bananas (mashed)

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup roughly chopped Kashmiri chilli chocolate chunks from Conspiracy Chocolate


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Scoop 1 (small) or 2 tbsp (large) of the mixture on the lined tray, press down slightly with the back of the spoon.

  4. Bake for up to 15-16 minutes for the large cookie size, or up to 11-12 minutes for smaller cookies.
