Learn how to make chocolate
In our workshops, you will learn the art of bean-to-bar chocolate making and you will be involved in the step-by-step process.

What is covered?
We will go through the cacao pod from its origin to the final chocolate bar, talking about the history, the process and the science behind chocolate making.



What will I do?
You will be involved in the various steps and you will be tempering your own chocolate and flavouring your own bars with different toppings. You get to bring 4 bars home in our iconic packaging.

How do I book?
The first public workshop in our Chocolate Lab in Wong Chuk Hang will take place on September 26th, a beautiful way to celebrate Mid-Autumn festival!
